  • Lemon
The citric acid in lemon helps open the pores and dries the excess oil. You can rub a lemon slice gently on your face.
Moreover, squeeze a lemon and add a pinch of salt to it. Soak a cotton ball in it and dab on milia prone skin. Leave it for 20 minutes. Then, rinse the face with warm water.
  • Potatoes 
Peel the potato and grate it. Now, massage with this grated potato on your face and wash off after 20 minutes. Moreover, you can also rub its slices on your face.
  • Rice Scrub
Soak some rice in milk for about 4 to 5 hours. Then, grind them in a blender to form a paste. Apply it on your face and scrub gently. It will surely give the effective results.
  • Honey
Honey retains moisture and avoids dryness with its antioxidant and humectants properties.  You can simply apply raw honey on your face. For obtaining the best results, use it on a daily basis. It will certainly do wonders when combined with some other ingredients.
You can mix one tablespoon of jojoba oil with two tablespoons of honey. Spread it on your face and keep it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Repeat this three to four times a week.
  • Castor Oil
Since castor oil is antibacterial in nature, it can heal several skin problems. It also helps control production of excess oil. Apply ½ teaspoon of castor oil and gently massage in a circular motion. Leave it until it gets absorbed into the skin.
You can also use a mixture of castor oil and olive oil in an equal proportion.
Alternatively, you can make a paste of castor oil and baking soda. Apply it on the affected area. Wash it off after 30 minutes.
  • Clay Mask
Clay mask removes the dead cells and helps reduce white spots. Besides, it soothes the skin, takes away blemishes and gives you a glowing look.
  • Egg Mask
Take ½ tsp of almond oil, egg white of one egg, 1 tbsp organic yogurt and 1 tbsp raw honey (warm). Combine all the ingredients, and apply a thin layer of this mixture on your face. Rinse off with warm water after half an hour.
  • Toothpaste
Toothpaste contains fluoride that helps remove the symptoms associated with milia. Apply a thin layer on the affected area and leave it on for about 25 minutes. It may give you a feeling of burning sensation, but it’s quite normal and will soon be over. Clean the paste with cold water.
  • Baking Soda
Take sufficient amount of baking soda and add water to make a thick paste. Apply all over your face and wait until it gets dry. Then, wash your face with lukewarm water.
  • Steam
A nice steam can unclog the pores and removes the debris and dead cells from the skin. It is a simple process. Just damp a towel in hot water and squeeze out the excess water. Now, put this towel on your face for a few minutes and then remove it. Repeat this process a couple of times.
  • Aloe Vera
Aloe vera can easily heal those unsightly milk spots on the skin due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Massage the affected skin with aloe vera gel. Leave it on for whole night and wash it off in the morning. Use this remedy regularly, until you notice the difference.
Besides, you can also apply a blend of aloe vera gel and green tea. Mix both the ingredients in equal amount and leave it for 15 minutes. It will definitely work for your skin.
  • Tea Bags
